How I slowed my
aging by 37%
(And reduced my biological age by 13.6 years)
Welcome! I’m Chris Mirabile, Founder & CEO of consumer longevity biotech, NOVOS. Slow My Age tracks my lifestyle, self-experiments, and biological data and explores how I have successfully reversed my biological age by more than one-third — a result that prompted the leading biological aging lab to state, “Quite frankly, we haven’t seen a score this good.“
Why SlowMyAge?
To help you reverse your biological age.
Purpose
Slow My Age is a springboard for others (you!) to gain insights and ideas for self-experimentation, and ultimately, to improve the health and well-being of all those who are not afraid to take their health into their own hands. (Of course, consult with your doctor first!)
My goal is to inspire people everywhere to learn how to leverage science and testing to slow aging naturally and safely.
By sharing my knowledge and personal experiences, I hope to show others how the choices we make can positively impact our longevity potentials. This goes well beyond just eating healthy and exercising — it’s about changing our entire perspective on aging.

Background
Since an early age, I’ve been driven by the desire to extend my health span and lifespan. A brush with death at age 16 motivated me to pursue a life of health and wellness.
I began to study the relationship between longevity and aging — the latter of which is the leading cause of chronic illnesses, ranging from most forms of cancer to Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, glaucoma, sarcopenia … the list goes on.
I learned that it is only by directly addressing the causes of aging that we can stand a chance to maximize our health span and lifespan and live life to its fullest.

What is Longevity vs. Anti Aging? Is Reversing Aging A Myth Or Reality?
The following are my responses to a newspaper’s interview request (separate from NY Post coverage). What does Anti-Aging mean according to you? The term anti-aging has proven to be a misnomer, with products that fail to deliver on the promise of counteracting the effects of aging. The primary reason they have failed is that they…
About Chris Mirabile
My interest in health began when I was 12 and evolved into a passion after I was diagnosed with a brain tumor as a teen. I was blessed to have been cured of my tumor at 16, after which my general interest in health intensified into a passion. I set out to maximize my physical and mental performance while avoiding illness and living as long and healthy of a life as possible.
At 17, a year after recovering, I set an aggressive goal and qualified for the High School National Physical Fitness Championships, hosted by the USMC; I finished 7th in the USA. At 30, I was a contender for the Guinness Book of World Record’s title for “Most Pull-ups in 60 Seconds” (personal best of 52). At 32, I shifted my goal to powerlifting, achieving an elite professional level for the deadlift (300% bodyweight, 525 pounds), while 48 hours into a water-only fast.
My health challenges as a teen planted a seed in my mind that blossomed into a passion for longevity medicine and culminated in the launch of NOVOS.
I’ve researched and integrated longevity practices into my life for years. The results have been ideal: all of my epigenetic biological age biomarkers, compared to my chronological age of nearly 40, are considered to be outliers by research laboratories.
This site is intended to share my story in the hopes of inspiring others to improve their health spans and lifespans by looking through the lens of longevity science. Explore the site and follow along on social media to learn more!
